Cahier 2015-35| Title: | French International Trade, dataset 1836-1938 Montesquieu Database | | Abstract: | This paper proposes to give an account of Base Montesquieu project computing with annual data from Tableau General du Commerce de la France between 1836 and 1938. The article presents also key original data concerning sectoral dimensions of French foreign trade. We used different level of disaggregation to analyze product’s inflows and outflows.
